Time for some blatant promotion.
Over the next few weeks and months, I'm speaking at a few events.
First off is part of Helsinki Design Week - I'll be on a panel organised by Ulla entitled 'Do It Yourself! The Impact of the amateur revolution on the design industry'. It's on the 22nd September, at 5pm in the Cable Factory.
The week after, I'll be on a panel on 'social computing' at the MIT Technology Review Emerging Technologies conference in Boston, alongside Messrs Butterfield and Schachter.
In November, I'll be at the Design Engaged conference, probably talking about personalisation, craft and pro-am, and finally there's a chance I'll be attending DUX, but there are other things happening I need to lock down before that is confirmed.
