Oh man, the food is good. They have pretty much every kind of cuisine from around the world, and somehow make it even better. An emphasis on perfection.

New things eaten: chicken gissards, chicken sashimi (raw chicken is a hard-to-overcome no-no in the West), kouign aman, whole fish tempura, fugu (albeit in dried, salty form)... I’d accomplished many strange fishy foodstuffs last time I was here.
